BF7 Buckle Finishing Seat Belt Assembly Line Bracket Riveting Equipment.

功能描述：

1、设备为半自动双工位形式，手动上料、自动扫码。配合客户ACC实现数据自动上传。

2、夹具快速换型，设备对夹具型号进行识别。

3、配备BalTec旋铆机和HPP25控制系统，对铆接力和铆接尺寸进行监控。

4、配备视觉传感器对产品进行检测，防漏装、错装、多装。

5、配位移传感器对铆接后产品进行100%检测。

交付时间：2021年。

Functional Description:

The equipment adopts a semi-automatic dual-station configuration, supporting manual loading and automatic code scanning. It collaborates with the customer's ACC system to enable automatic data upload.
The fixture allows quick model changeover, and the equipment automatically identifies the fixture model.
Equipped with a BalTec rotary riveting machine and HPP25 control system, it monitors riveting force and riveting dimensions.
Vision sensors are integrated for product inspection to prevent missing components, misassembly, or overloading.
Displacement sensors are configured to conduct 100% inspection of products after riveting.
